Indian ringneck information?
I have just purchased an indian ringneck baby. It is only 12 days old, and we are feeding it a hand raising formula, on teaspoon to three of hot water, then left to cool.its parents were blue and blue cinnamon.
What colour will it turn out?
I havent named it yet because i want to beable to know if it is a girl or boy, and what colour it will be. it has tiny ears, and its eyes are just slits. I know that they go through the bluffing stage,what age are they at whenthey do?
what shoul i name it?
can anybody please give me some more information on indian ringecks?

I’m not a breeder but I myself own 3 Indian Ringnecks. I handreared my blue ringneck.

Its feathers will soon start to grow and you will be able to see what colour it is because like its not like mixing a colour with another colour and you know for sure that a colour will come out like red+blue=purple the genes of past generations will also have a say in what the colour of the offspring will be. With the girl or boy thing you wont be able to know if its male or female till they mature, normally around 2-3years old when the male gets the black ring around his neck and the female just stays the same, or you can get it DNA sexed… but i aint sure where you can get that done.
