Ideas for a Christmas Dinner Menu?
My parents are coming over for Christmas this year. We are already planning on having ham. I am looking for a good potato dish, and any other sides that you think would accompany a ham. Any ideas? It will just be the two of them, my husband and I.
P.S. I am making a Red Velvet Cake for dessert.
i second the potatoes au gratin idea, or possibly scalloped potatoes. i would choose asparagus (marinated in italian dressing & grilled) or broccoli (with butter, lemon juice, and parmesan) for a vegetable. having rolls is always nice, and you could also do a sweet potato dish like someone else mentioned. sounds like a great dinner; happy holidays!
